    Small orders are shipped via UPS. Larger order are shipped on a pallet. We can ship freight collect against your UPS , Fed Ex or preferred trucker account. Most orders ship between 1-3 days. The majority of residential orders ship via UPS. If you have any questions please give us a call.

  • Returns & Replacements

    If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us within 30 days of receipt. A refund may be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition, If you need to return an item or replace an item please email us at contact@precisiontools.com or call us at 1-800-221-8665. You will be issued a return authorization number. We do not charge a restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable for all returns. The customer may also be responsible for return shipping charges, insurance and shipment tracking for returned merchandise. For certain returns, UPS Shipping Labels are provided. Please note that while shipping labels may be issued for your convenience, return shipping charges may be incurred depending on the reason(s) for return. If you require an estimate of these return shipping costs, please call Customer Service at (800) 221-8665. If an order ships prior to the cancellation request, the customer is responsible for any freight charges incurred.
