We can’t ride our horses too tall as we are not perfect and unforeseen issues arise from time to time. We do our best to fulfill and exceed all of your expectations. We would like to share one of those experiences with you..Mina B. contacted us and purchased wire shelving earlier this month. Due to an issue with our manufacturer, we did not have the complete order available at the time of the transaction. We advised Mina that there would be a delay. Little did we know, the delay was longer than we had anticipated. Over the course of 2-3 weeks, Mina contacted our customer service a number of times as she needed her shelving for an event. Several emails were exchanged and our hands were tied. We sought additional options to complete the order and came up short.
After 2 1/2 weeks, we finally received the last piece to complete the order. Mina was advised that the part had arrived and the order shipped. We provided her with a tracking number and she proudly informed us that the shipment arrived in excellent condition and on time. Here is an excerpt from Mina regarding the transaction:

We took the time to reassure her that the complete order would arrive on time. Because of our continues communication, Mina was happy at the end of the day, even though the transaction wasn’t as smooth as usual.
