Wire Shelving Corner Options
This is an updated blog post from a few years ago as we have expanded sizes and options to tackle storage space in room corners and walls.
One of the benefits of wire shelving is being able to utilize corner spaces for storage in order to maximize space. You have 3 options when you approach a corner. If you are doing an L Shape or straight run you would use a starter unit and attach an add on unit to it. Add on units attach to the existing unit and have a nice clean look to them. A starter and add on unit would use 6 poles when 2 starter units use 8.
Another option to utilize corner spaces is our pentagon shelving. They are available in depths of 18 and 24” in the chrome finish. You can use this as a freestanding unit or in conjunction with standard wire shelving. Please see the chart below for an explanation.
The 3rd option is utilizing our triangle wire shelves. These are sleek and low profile storage unit that are designed to utilize all space without interfering with other areas.
All of our wire shelving is adjustable on 1 inch increments so flexibility will always be there if your storage needs change in the future. Choose the correct shelf size and height that works best for you.
